Hi there! Kyle and I met in 2010 in the middle of Minnesota. We discovered this sport called rock climbing and quickly fell in love. Rock climbing brought us to many new destinations around Minnesota and the U.S. In 2017 we took a 3 week road trip from MN to South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. We car camped out of my 4-door sedan and we absolutely LOVED it. Two years later we bought a Ford Transit High Roof Van to build out as our home. We built the van on weekends and nights after our “normal” 40+ hours a week jobs. Eventually we were able to sell our house and most of our other items that didn’t fit in the van and moved into our new home. We’ve been living full time in our van for almost a year now and haven’t once looked back.
I’m Kelly, I used to be an auditor in corporate America. I’ve worked in the accounting/auditing profession for 9 years and am enjoying the break. I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, reading, crocheting and playing the ukulele. I particularly love the places and people that rock climbing has brought me.
Kyle spent several years working in the construction industry, taking joy in creating things. Now he enjoys climbing and exploring new climbing areas, routes and problems while testing his abilities. He also enjoys trail running, fishing and trying new things. Follow Kyle on Instagram below!
